Leasing d’œuvres d’art

The leasing of works of art
Would you like to enhance your work environment and that of your team without incurring significant immediate expenses, while also providing your company with tax benefits and building an art collection in the best conditions? Art leasing is the most cost-effective solution.
What is art leasing?
Leasing, or renting with an option to purchase, involves renting a work of art for a period generally ranging from 13 to 60 months. At the end of the contract, the purchase option can be exercised by paying a residual value, often around 5% of the work's initial price.
The advantages of leasing works of art with the Le Cube Vernet gallery
- Tax benefits: Rent paid is deductible from taxable income, thus reducing corporate income tax (IS) or professional income tax (IRPP).
- Financial flexibility: This formula allows the acquisition cost to be spread over several years, thus preserving the company's cash flow.
- Enhanced brand image: Displaying artwork in your premises promotes your business to your customers and partners.
- Energizes and enhances the work environment for your employees and management team.
- Progressive creation of an art collection, made up of representative works by leading artists.
Art and Leasing: How to proceed?
- Selection of works: Choose the pieces that reflect your identity and values.
- Establishment of the contract: An agreement is concluded between our gallery Le Cube Vernet, our partner for art leasing (BailArt) and your company, specifying the duration of the lease, the amount of the rent and the conditions of the purchase option. Confidentiality is preserved, as only our partner has access to your financial information.
- Installation: The artworks are delivered to your premises for the duration of the contract.
- Purchase Option: At the end of the leasing period, you can purchase the artworks by paying the predefined residual value.
