About the artwork:
Original artwork by the artist Elia Pagliarino, created using a double-firing ceramic process, celebrates Loïe Fuller, dancer and pioneer of modern dance from the United States. The ovoid sculpture is decorated with black drawings depicting female figures in motion, wrapped in veils that evoke the fluidity of her dance. Topped with a golden structure shaped like wings or flowing fabric, it embodies the grace, innovation, and expressiveness of this iconic artist.
