A Path Between Tehran and Strasbourg
Born in Iran in 1981, Golnaz Afraz holds a degree in painting from Azad University in Tehran. She went on to earn a double master's degree in fine arts, first at Tarbiat Modarres University in Tehran, then at the University of Strasbourg. This international path feeds a body of work where migration, memory and identity intertwine.
