DELIVERY


FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS to all countries in mainland Europe (excluding islands), the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, as well as to mainland North America: Canada and the USA (excluding islands).

For Australia and New Zealand, as well as some islands belonging to European countries, we sometimes cover part of the shipping cost, depending on the package's volumetric weight.

If you would like delivery to a country or destination other than those listed above, please contact us at art@lecubevernet.com to place an order and arrange potential shipping. We will carefully review your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate it.

Import Taxes and Duties

Please note that for countries outside the European Union, taxes, including import duties, or customs fees may apply: these are the responsibility of the buyer.

For informational purposes only, the rate applied to shipments to the USA at the beginning of 2026 appears to be approximately 10% to 15%. This rate is subject to change.

Care and Packaging

We take the utmost care with your orders and guarantee our diligence and the premium quality of our service.

As all the artworks are created by living artists and come directly from their studios, they are shipped in perfect original condition.

Our packaging is protective and secure.

Order Processing and Shipping Preparation

Your order placed on our website www.lecubevernet.com is processed within the following average timeframes:


• Small Format Works: 4 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Large Format Works (where one dimension exceeds 50 cm, or whose weight exceeds 5 kg): 4 to 7 business days after payment.


Delivery Times from Shipment

Delivery times from shipment vary depending on your selections at the time of your order.

In cases where we do not cover shipping costs, the cost will be provided to you at the time of your order.

The following delivery options are available:

• Order collection from our Avignon premises
• Carrier: delivery to your home, with delivery times ranging from 24 hours to 7 days within the European Union, and from 4 to 10 days to other countries, excluding customs processing times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERS

If you are not satisfied with the artwork you received, and it is in its original condition, you can rest assured: within 14 days of receipt, you can return the artwork, and/or its frame if applicable, in its original condition and packaging.

You will receive a full refund of the price of the returned artwork within a maximum of 14 days from our receipt of your return package. The returned artwork must be in its original condition upon its return to our premises.

Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
All return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To receive instructions on the return procedure, please contact us by email at art@lecubevernet.com, clearly stating:

• Your full name,
• The invoice number,
• The artist's name and the title of each artwork you wish to return.

Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you the return label.

The return package must be at least as well-protected as the original shipping package.

GUARANTEE FOR DAMAGED DELIVERY

We take the utmost care in packaging the artworks and in selecting our shipping partners and their services.

However, should damage occur despite these precautions, here are the details of our service guarantee. Upon delivery, you must:
• Open the package in front of the delivery person to ensure that its contents are undamaged.
• Take all necessary precautions when unpacking.

If there is any damage to the package or the artwork:
• Make a clear reservation on the carrier's delivery slip.
• Take photos of the package and the damaged artwork from different angles upon arrival.
• Keep this package for the possible return of the artwork.
• Inform us of the damage by sending your photos by email to art@lecubevernet.com as soon as possible, and at the latest within 48 hours of receiving the package.

After 48 hours from the time of delivery, our gallery will not be able to process any claims for damage.

Our Process

We conduct an initial assessment of the damage based on your photos to establish a preliminary diagnosis.

1. If the artwork was damaged during transport, two scenarios are possible.

  • The artwork is repairable, meaning the damage can be corrected by the artist without compromising its integrity or value: in this case, we will cover the return shipping, repair, and reshipment to your delivery address.
  • The artwork is not repairable: in this case, we will offer you a similar artwork as a replacement, if possible. If none of these are suitable, we will issue a refund for the damaged artwork.

2. If the artwork was damaged by you during unpacking or installation, we will provide you with a repair estimate, provided the damage is repairable. The repairs will be at your expense.

If the damage only affects the frame: in the case of a frame for a canvas or painted panel, we will send you an identical frame free of charge, allowing you to mount the artwork yourself.

Please note: artwork with damage inconsistent with its protective packaging, or where the packaging itself shows no damage consistent with the damage, cannot be covered by our warranty.

  • Example 1: a sculpture damaged on one or more corners, whether aligned or not, or exhibiting twisting, typical of handling during unpacking.
  • Example 2: a painting with damaged canvas or a damaged corner, typical of improper handling during unpacking or hanging.

Please note that if, upon receipt of the returned damaged artwork, our preliminary assessment of its repairability needs to be revised—for example, if the artwork is ultimately deemed irreparable—we will inform you immediately and proceed in accordance with points 1 and 2 above.
